The Smithton School Student of the Month for October 2023 is Lillian Skaer. Lillian was chosen for this award by the faculty and administration of the school. The award was presented to Lillian for displaying a good work ethic, outstanding character, and good behavior. Lillian also shows respect, leadership, willingness to help her peers, and kindness to others. Lillian will receive a plaque and a gift card from the school.
Lillian is the daughter of Stephanie and Allan Skaer. She has a younger sister named Mollie. Lillian's hobbies are reading and drawing. She participates in band, NJHS, art club, drama club and scholar bowl. Lillian is also in the Girl Scouts and is on a teen advisory board at the Smithton Public Library. Lillian enjoys playing the guitar and the flute.
